A Little Break...

My first sign of life, after a little blog break. I just needed a little rest and distance from the Internet. In my life, a lot has changed. Much nice happened, but also a few unpleasant things. In life, don't always go the way you imagine it. I'm just doing my diet now finally switch to vegan. My skin has suddenly totally deteriorated. I got up in the morning, looked in the mirror and thought; what the fuck is that? It's incredibly hard to pass up for me on cheese, milk etc. I really envy anyone who lives vegan. I take my hat off to these people. I'm going to make a break until February to get some new energy.
 After that I will completely start again, with many new surprises. I'll see you guys. Love you all Vanessa

    I'm semi-vegan now :) semi because I live in Italy at the moment and it'd be silly not to eat mozzarella! My limited advice would be to take it in baby steps so your body can get used to it - any diet change will produce horrid side effects such as skin breakouts and feeling run down even if it's a change for the better! Good luck in it and stay strong! (And try soy milk and almond milk - I can't remember which brands I have in my fridge but they are so much yummier than real milk and they contain less bad things and more good things!)
    Oh and for protein look out for seitan (not sure if that's just the Italian name, can't find translation) it's really high in protein!
