Night sky blue, sparkling indigo, tender light blue-eye make-up in the colors of the firmament dominate the make up in 2013. I love this look. Blue is a wonderful color for the eyes. My absolute favorite look is the first. The sixth is also beautiful, but this look is so complicated and difficult. I need a make-up artist for this.:-) What do you think?...
