Here is my birthday cake. OMG, I think it was the most delicious cream cake I have ever eaten. The cake was inside with strawberries and panna cotta... incredibly delicious. Sorry, the pictures have become a bit too bright. There were just too many candles on the cake, I'm just too old. :-D
Here you can see some pictures of my Christmas decorations in my apartment. Actually, I wanted to make a room tour, but I'm still not quite finished setting up my apartment. When I'm done, I'll definitely make a video of my apartment. Want to see something like that? I'm not the typ who stands on kitsch decoration at Christmas. I always decorate everything in very natural colors, preferably in white/gold. I think that gives a very warm and cozy atmosphere. Yesterday I baked some delicious vanilla cookies. The taste really divine. I love to bake cookies that simply belongs to Christmas. If I could, I would send you all some of my cookies in a package. Are you already in the Christmas mood?
I wish you all a relaxing and wonderful Sunday. I can't do very much at the moment. It rains all the time. Every time I want to take pictures, comes a shower of rain and strong thunderstorms... that is the nature. I hope this week I have more luck.
I think, there is nothing better than a day off to start with a few fresh strawberries and raspberries (my absolute favorite fruits) from the market and to read a few fashion magazines. I'm looking for some new inspiration for my blog.

Yes, I'm a very good cook. Of course, I only cook vegetarian and some vegan.
I'm now vegetarian for almost six years. Now I want to try to feed me completely vegan.
Here you see two of my favorite vegan recipes. Vegan ground beef, which I always eat on a gluten-free bread, I have an extreme gluten allergy. This allergy is really terrible.
The last recipe is a spicy mexican rice dish. So delicious.
